The Common
Our concerts are held
on the Londonderry, New Hampshire
Town Common. Our first concert, with the LHS and LMS jazz bands,
is on a Monday. The rest of the concerts on are on Wednesday
evenings this year, from 7:00 to 8:30.

Weather Policy
We ALWAYS have a scheduled
concert. If it is raining/bad weather, then we move the concert to
the Matthew Thornton gym, just down Mammoth Road from the Common.
Just park in the MT lot and come on in!

The Nutfield Sessions |
Run by our own Greg Descoteaux and Larry Casey,
The Nutfield Sessions offer local
musicians an opportunity to perform acoustic
music in a
non-commercial setting - and the listening
public the chance to hear some great local
talent. Tonight we have some of the top
musicians from the Sessions playing for
our enjoyment! |

Blues on White |
Blues on White is a three piece blues
band featuring the talents of Rich "Rico"
Baldwin on electric bass and vocals. "Rico"
makes his home in Andover, MA. William "Billy"
Parker maintains the "groove" on drums and a
variety of percussion instruments and vocals.
Doug Philbrook is lead guitarist and vocalist.
Doug and Billy are both from Nashua, NH.

Liz Longley |
Liz was voted the
No. 1 all-time female vocalist on Garageband.com
in both acoustic & folk categories. As a
songwriter, she and Handy Blues award winner Jim
Tullio, teamed-up to write the internet smash,
“Naked Trees”. The song became the No. 1
all-time song (amid 3,400 songs) in
Garageband.com’s acoustic singer/songwriter
category in ’06.
Liz has wonderful
melodies and lyrics...this will be a great night
for a concert with Liz and her band! |

The Jason Spooner Trio |
Jason and the trio have just
returned from a very successful showing at the
2009
South By Southwest festival
is Austin,
TX. Jason won "Best Singer/Songwriter"
in the Portland
Phoenix's annual
"Best Music Poll 2008." Jason also won the
International finals of the Mountain
Stage New Song contest held
in New York City. He was honored as a national
finalist in the
Starbucks Music Makers competition in
Boston. Jason took part in a tour of the East
Coast as a selected member of the Falcon
Ridge "Most Wanted" Preview Tour. He
was also recently named as a New
Folk Finalist in
the renowned Kerrville
Folk Festival in
Kerrville, TX. Jason and his band returned to
both festivals as a main stage act in 2007.
Previously, he won the
Ossipee Valley Bluegrass Festival songwriting
contest in NH and was a finalist in the
prestigious John
Lennon Songwriting Competition. Other
highlights include Jason's song "Pickup Truck"
airing on NPR's
"Car Talk" Program
and a national appearance on The
Food Network's "FoodNation with Bobby Flay." |
